I have not had a particular problem with uptime. My client sites have gone down a couple times in the time I been with them, had them back up in 3-4 hours. They slow WAY down during the two net-rush times of the day, the rest of the time they are actually pretty speedy, for a shared-hosting oversold misleading-advertisement kind of place. I do host some large digital downloads, no problem except for those rush hours. They have had a few episodes of extreme email quota malfunctions, obviously they are playing with anti-spam measures. I moved critical clients to other hosting, the problems were eventually resolved, been very smooth with them for several months now.</p> <p>The big handful dedicated IPs they give you is the real reason to host with them. Running ecommerce clients, having all these dedicated IPs in your pocket, getting a cheap SSL Cert working over their web interface is simple and works fine.
