I’ve been hosting up to a couple dozen sites with them for almost 2 years now, using them more during some periods than others. I have not had a particular problem with uptime. My client sites have gone down a couple times in the time I been with them, had them back up in 3-4 hours. They slow WAY down during the two net-rush times of the day, the rest of the time they are actually pretty speedy, for a shared-hosting oversold misleading-advertisement kind of place. I do host some large digital downloads, no problem except for those rush hours. They have had a few episodes of extreme email quota malfunctions, obviously they are playing with anti-spam measures. I moved critical clients to other hosting, the problems were eventually resolved, been very smooth with them for several months now. The big handful dedicated IPs they give you is the real reason to host with them. Running ecommerce clients, having all these dedicated IPs in your pocket, getting a cheap SSL Cert working over their web interface is simple and works fine.
